She’s an old gal and has had a lot of issues with overgrooming and lethargy – we’ve taken her to every vet around and never really gotten results. Whatever he did, it bloody well worked. She’s absolutely full of beans and even got the zoomies back after a whole year of doing nothing but sleeping and is finally back up to weight after her visit. Such a hard time for everyone, and we all have to remember businesses, including vets are doing everything can to accommodate everyone and still provide a high level of service.

In November I had to make the agonising decision to let my boy go at 21yrs old. The thought of doing this through the current climate terrified me but the Blythmans staff were so understanding and did everything they could to make it as easy on me and Mac as they could.
The receptionists spent time talking me through the procedure and my options, and when the time came they made it possible for me to be there with Mac, holding him as he passed. The vet talked me through every step and never rushed me, and head nurse Gemma, well she was truly amazing.

I will always be grateful of how brilliant all the staff at Wallsend and Lynn via social media have been to myself and Mac

Florrie was my big friend who was little. Rescued from Ireland with her three brothers, she was the runt of the litter. But she was lovely and loving and I miss her terribly. Blythman & Partners cared for Florrie for her seven years. I am reassured that she received the very best veterinary care from you, especially in her last days and hours, during the Covid-19 pandemic.

My family have been customers of Blythman and Partners for the past six years. You have on many occasions clipped my budgie’s nails at your Gateshead branch and, three years ago, operated on Angel after she had an accident, which sadly resulted in her losing a leg.

I would just like to pass on my thanks to everyone at the Hebburn branch of Blythman & Partners. I had to bring my Labrador Archie in last week and he ended up requiring surgery. Archie is old and can be unsure of himself around strangers and I myself was expecting the worst given his age but your staff were fantastic in treating him.

When we had concerns about his stitches in the days after the surgery your staff were patient and quick to respond to our emails. He has had his stitches removed this morning and is currently sleeping on my lap, after the walk. In these hugely challenging times I was amazed at how patient, efficient and considerate your staff have been. I was really impressed with one of your vets this morning. I was in the Hebburn branch at 9:00 with my two new kittens, she was so lovely and kind and made my kittens feel safe and less anxious about their visit.

I’ve used the Hebburn branch for over a year and a half now as I previously had a cat who died and everyone is so welcoming, even when my last cat died they were very helpful.Rebecca

I just wanted to say we have been patients at your Boldon surgery for 5 years now. We have always been very happy with the service and we are also signed up to the Wellness plan.

My dog Herbie had an appointment for his booster and he also needed his ears checked and his elbow dysplasia is getting worse. The vet we saw was absolutely wonderful and so helpful.

My dog has a weight problem also which impacts on the dysplasia and I usually feel very guilty about this, but she just made me feel very motivated and hopeful that we can get the weight down.

I made Blythmans my local vet when I relocated from Surrey three years ago, on recommendation from someone else. Says it all….

They take great care of my menagerie of cats, dogs and rabbits. They are thoroughly knowledgeable and do anything to help and even in my pet’s final days are the most caring vets I’ve ever had. Even after a pet has been sent over the rainbow, they still care for us owners, so I’m very grateful to all the staff who accommodated me during a very difficult few weeks recently, having lost two pets close together to awful illnesses that could not be prevented.

Rocket visited your Heddon branch today for his check up and booster and thanks to the wonderful vet on duty they noticed that he was suffering from a mouth infection, which had gone totally unnoticed by us as he seemed his usual self and hadn’t complained at all.

Smokey and Smudge had managed to get a hold of a lily back in March and I found them with this at around 11pm on a Saturday.

The service from start to finish was amazing and even the after service as I was having troubles getting my insurance to be sorted but you helped as much as you could.
